Location, staff, and breakfast were really good. The room was spacious and quiet. Can't say we loved how there's no separation between the shower and the toilet.

Not alot of choice for continental breakfast. Not a big choice of fruit. Very noisy rooms due to the adjoining walls being thin and can hear everything on the landing and next door rooms. The area was perfect for accessing tours, shopping and restaurants. The staff were lovely. The bed was comfy.

Le déjeuner est passable, s’il manque un plat ( surtout les desserts Viet , et l’hôtel est pleins de clients Vietnamiens), il ne remplit pas, il faut demander au personnel et il sort quelques morceaux à chaque demande. La toilet dans ma chambre sent mauvais. La grandeur de la chambre est ok. Le personnel à la réception sont efficaces. Le portier est très gentil.

I’m not sure if the room was already arranged prior to my arrival but when I arrived early at the hotel lobby waiting to check in I made a last-minute request as I was spending my birthday there to have a nice view, and when I entered my room, the first thing I saw was the most beautiful view of this building of a shopping mall with a picture screen of ads and palm trees on its rooftop! They also surprised me on the day of my birthday with fruit snacks arranged nicely on my bed when I returned from the markets. The staff were very accommodating and the location was perfect for everything! The only let down about my room was the lack of wardrobe space, hook and hangers to hang my clothes.

The staff were super helpful. One of the porters went out of his way to help us connect with an old friend using his own phone since mine couldn’t make an outgoing call. The receptionists, Kim Ngan and Que Huong, were very accommodating with our reservation, which Expedia had incorrectly booked.

For a 3* it's quite good

Pretty good for a 3 star but the only disappointing thing for me was the shower was not powerful enough. Water flows very slowly and the hot water takes a couple of minutes to warm up. Otherwise it was a good stay for a 3 star property, breakfast was pretty decent but it finishes a little early at 09:30. Location was pretty good and in a safe neighbourhood too.

Convenience location,good breakfast,friendly staff

Convenience location; easily accessible to many tourists sites, food, shopping. Nice breakfast. Stayed for 5 nights (2 rooms) and about half the breakfast items changed every day. Counter staff understand very little English. Cheerful and friendly staff.People talking along corridor can be heard in the rooms. Rain dropping on galvanised zinc sheet could be heard in the room the whole night.
