Mr Pham, Operations Mgr and his staff made our stay in Saigon most pleasant. Silverland Yen was conveniently located in District 1 and with easy walking directions we found many sights nearby. We took the Hop On/Off bus to explore Saigon and you can arrange this at the front desk (thanks Minnie). Breakfast offerings were excellent and we enjoyed the afternoon tea. Our room on the 9th (top floor) was quiet and comfortable. The pool and rooftop bar was just above giving us a ‘cool-off’ from the heat.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Firstly, the hotel facilities are great. It’s modern, comfortable and clean all while in a great location. The rooftop area is cool to hang out in with nice views of the city and a good sized pool. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They are all so incredibly friendly and can’t do enough for you. Big shout out to Wook who worked in the rooftop bar and Otis in reception - they were always so happy and willing to help out in terms of recommendations etc. We’d have no hesitation in recommending the Silverland Yen to others, and we’d love to stay here again the next time we visit Saigon.

Small hotel in excellent central location.Staff vey helpful and attentive and always available to help and provide advice regarding local sites, resturants and bars. Common areas clean and bright.Please note the rooms whilst clean reflect a 3 * hotel.However if you're looking for somewhere safe, central , clean and cost effective to stay for a few days whilst exploring you won't go far wrong - if however you're after spending more time in the hotel and like few more home comforts/ more modern room you may want to consider an alternative. Comfortable and well-situated hotel

Very close to Independence Palace. Exceptionally helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast extra and not exceptional...plenty of other options nearby.

What a beautiful and charming hotel. The reception area, room and the grounds are breathtaking. The breakfast has a very nice and fresh selection everyday. What is exceptional is the staff, they are alway helpful, and genuinely kind. 'Ai', at the conciege/reception desk is a beautiful helping soul. She is sweet, kind, and beautiful.
