we stayed for 6 nights and it was so lovely. the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the buffet breakfast was fantastic, the adjoined spa was amazing and it’s in a great spot where it’s nice and quiet at night. would definitely recommend for anyone else staying in HCMC!

We booked a two-week stay here when it was still named Citadines Hotel, but on our second day, they suddenly changed the name to T-Ritz. While the hotel sign was switched overnight, their Google Maps listing wasn’t updated, making it very inconvenient when booking Grab or taxis since drivers couldn’t find the new name. Additionally, the hotel entrance doesn’t face the main street—it’s located behind a bank, requiring guests to take a small path to reach the front door. This caused a lot of confusion for both drop-offs and pickups.

It’s not that there any wrong 😑 but just not 5 star or 4 well ok 4 but not very bright!! It’s new but made to budget to suit a budget bed just a bit to small breakfast buffet nice enough if you are after a price point hotel in good location.. then T ritz is just fine

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had great choice. Only downside for us was there were only 4 sun beds at the pool for such a big hotel.
