Room is fair for its price. The breakfast restaurant is good and the food it serves are very clean. I would say it looks cleaner than some of the street vendors. Customer service is good. The room cleaning lady is very nice and truly deserves a lot of credit for the cleanliness of the rooms. Front desk service is also good.

Room was ok. A bit plain but workable. It was clean but I did see a couple of cockroaches. I reported it to the receptionist but she just seemed embarrassed. I’m not sure if anything will be done. The location was great. It’s right in the middle of everything.

Staff was extremely helpful anytime we need to go somewhere they help us to book the drive. One weekend we wanted to eat seafood buffet most restaurants around was full and Tú the staff called around and found us a open spot thanks

Thien Hai Hotel is good, staff is doing a great job keeping us feel right at home, the only thing that I think really need a upgrade is AC system.
