Pleasant stay, great staff

Simple but clean and efficient. The staff was really nice and helpful. The location is perfect, just where you want to be in District 1 with easy walk to all attractions and services.

We always stay at Thien Hai Hotel when we go to Saigon. The breakfast is good, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The beds are very firm, but you adjust.

Excellent location, easy walking to get around to most everything i wanted to see. Had hotel book me to different day trips, they would come pick me up at the hotel then. Breakfast was good too, ate it every day. All the people that work there are all pleasant to deal with.

This is an older property in the heart of District 1, and very walkable to restaurants, cafes, market and many attractions. All of the tours we booked picked up easily from this location. The daily breakfast had a great variety of fruit and Vietnamese breakfast items. Front desk and house keeping staff are very kind and helpful. Beds are a little hard and if you have a road facing room, be advised that it will be very loud due to traffic and nightlife. Nothing that a pair of ear plugs won’t fix. I very much enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay again when I return.

The property is dated but for the price with breakfast included it's a great deal. However the customer service is what made this hotel amazing, always greeted with a smile and willingness to help. The location is great! Walking distance (10mins-ish) to Ben Thanh markets and Saigon central but far enough to get a quiet night sleep. Lots of massage, food and shopping options around. Will definitely stay again

Great Hotel, Amazing Staff!

Great hotel. Stayed here 8 years ago, and the great staff are still here! We had a problem with our room on the first day, and quick as a flash they moved us to a better room. Cannot fault the hospitality and the breakfast was a lot better than a normal buffet breakfast. Top Class and we'll definitely be back!!!
