Few things , I hope this review is constructive and if reached the people it should can do something to improve on.
1 the welcome to the hotel felt like “oh another guest eyeroll and like felt like why are you here” the lady in the morning during checkout was febulous, can’t say same for the guys .
2 the house keeping girls were amazing. Though the walkway to the room (211)stinks like rotten fish for the time we stayed , looked like no one was there to clear the dishes left outside the room from night before , there were rubbish left outside one of the room and stuck the whole walkway.
3. We stayed the couple of nights and our card stop working the night after so had to go to reception to get it another one while I am carrying the sleeping toddle two floor down.
On my way down I saw older couple experiencing the same problem.
Breakfast was boring and didn’t seams worth it.
4.i think it is in all the room , when you open the sliding glass door there is a big gap between a grill and the edge of the room , it didn’t feel safe when you have toddlers with you . A child can easily slide through the gap it is that wide gap.
5 it felt like we are at place where rule plays more important role than customers peace of mind, I saw the note in the room where it says to clean up dishes before checkout otherwise a fee will be deducted to get it cleaned. It was kinda threatening wording than a request .
I hope no body takes it negatively but consider to improve on somethings.
