They wouldn't accept my company card for the incidental deposit because it didn't have my name on it, which is bs because I've used it everytime I've booked a room for work. I travel all week long and get rooms nightly and never had an issue until then, I can accept that company policy prohibits this but that doesn't mean i don't get a full refund when i don't have another card to use for the deposit. I had to threaten to bring the police into it hours later before he finally told me he would refund the money to my card. Im still waiting to see if the money actually goes back to the card like he said it would.
