There was a problem with the room’s air conditioning. It was checked but couldn’t be fixed right away so they graciously provided us with the room next door. The staff were very courteous.

Comfortable and clean. There was a leak from the bathroom above us but we were given a new room when that happened directly across the hall. The room seemed musty from dampness.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I would recommend better lighting in the hallways. It was also noisy after 11:00 p.m., with kids running around.

This is a decent 150 a night hotel. I regret the 300 plus we spent. Toilet didn't work properly; checked in too late to bother complaining. Mesh curtains don't block sun so bring a sleepmask. There are stains on the furniture and all over the carpets. And the hallways have an intense soap smell. The coffee and location are solid however.

The staff was kind and professional. The hotel is dated and could use some upgrading for both aesthetics and cleanliness, but it was overall comfortable. The breakfast was included but very limited, though there is a waffle station and it was frequented by many guests.

We’ve stayed here before and had a great experience. Hotel is clean. Staff is friendly. Location is great. However, there were clear signs of the rooms needing more TLC. The room was clean which is most important but the shower ceiling had the beginning stages of what looked like mold spots, the tiles and grout on the bathroom floor was coming loose, the ceiling in the hallway showed leaking and serious need of attention as the bubbling of the ceiling was causing the fire sprinkler to begin to fall out of its place. Love the warm and welcoming lobby but sad to see some of the handy jobs not be given the attention it needs to be a great hotel.
