This luxury single family home was built in 2018. Everything is set for your perfect getaway in Saugatuck/Douglas this summer. The home is a 15 - 20 minute walk to downtown Saugatuck's many restaurants, bars, shopping, and activities. With strong business-grade high speed internet and mesh wifi coverage, this is a perfect getaway for a socially distanced remote working/schooling throughout the home.

The home features a gourmet chef's kitchen with high end black stainless KitchenAid appliances, a master retreat with huge 8-foot spa shower, three full bathrooms and four bedrooms over 2900 sq ft of living space. The screened in porch with outdoor fireplace is perfect for a cozy western MI relaxing evening. There is a dining room with a table for 8-10 guests and plenty of seating area for the whole family or group of friends to spend time together. Additionally, there is outdoor seating and a BBQ grill for a perfect Michigan evening cookout!

Perfect quiet location, walking distance to town. Great accommodation for a family of 8 including two small kids. Your well appointed kitchen and back patio were great for family dinners (thanks to a great grill). Easy check in and coordination with Chadd was a plus! Would stay here again.

We loved this house; it worked perfectly for five adults and two small children. It was in a quiet area, close to town and all we wanted to do.We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen -- pots, pans, skillets, utensils, foil, wrap, dishes, and more. We were pleasantly surprised there were enough toilet paper and paper towels for the entire week. None of us had ever experienced such a complete rental.We had asked about nearby groceries and heard about bug spraying well in advance, so kudos for great communication as well.Thank you for helping make a memorable visit to the Saugatuck-Douglas area!

Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We came up for a week in July. There were two families with 4 little kids ranging from ages 1-5. The place was extremely clean, we were so impressed with the organization of the kitchen, we loved the open floor plan as well. It was an extremely comfortable house, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat :)

A beautiful home- perfect for 3 couples! We loved the screened in porch & wooded setting while still within walking distance to downtown Saugatuck. MBr was luxurious & comfy but other couples complained about mattresses being too stiff & pillows too squashed (needed replacing). Overall, we had a great stay!

Great house

New, clean, spacious house with a very nice inside design, i.e., the living room and kitchen/dining area are diagonally across from from each other so that each area feels separate because it has 3 walls yet open because the fourth portion of each room is open to the other.

Wonderful Stay at Ridgeview Retreat

The Ridgeview Retreat in Saugatuck is a beautiful, modern, and clean home. The location is excellent (very close to downtown), and the home is well-equipped for a family vacation (fun selection of board games for kids). The kitchen and master bedroom/bathroom, in particular, are incredible. Great communication from Brian (owner) and Chadd (local property manager) throughout our stay. Highly recommended, would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

This is our 4th time staying at this lovely home in saugatuck. Amazing location and perfect accommodations. The house has everything you’d need and is so peaceful yet walkable to town. Loved it! Can’t wait to come back.

Great space and location

This property was great for our group (5 adults, 2 toddlers) - very spacious, great kitchen and living spaces, very quiet street with enjoyable outdoor spaces. Additionally, it was a short, easy walk to downtown Saugatack and a 15-20 min drive to South Haven and Holland. Our family stayed for two weeks, it was great!

Brian’s place was amazing. Great location with plenty of space for our family. The house had everything we needed during our stay. Brian was very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely recommend his place and would stay there again on future visits to the area.

Saugatuck Home

This is a very nice, extremely clean, well appointed home. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of space, great sitting areas outside and inside. One downside, there is a first floor bedroom with an attached bathroom, unfortunately, this is the only bathroom on the first floor. Also, while the home is quite spacious with many windows, the sunlight is quite restricted due to the numerous trees leaving the house a bit dark. BUT overall, it is a really good home for a large family and/or group of friends. In addition, the property manager was very responsive.

Everything about this vacation was great! The home was beautiful and yet very comfortable! The outside sitting area was great except for the mosquitoes! The property manager was always available for us when we had a few question. We went there with our kids and grandkids to celebrate our 50 year anniversary such a great place to do it at! Highly recommend this place!

Lovely property close to town

Perfect place for our family to meet to spend Christmas together. Great kitchen, fabulous hot tub, and wonderful space to socialize. We also found the customer service excellent, as we had a couple requests, restaurant recommendations, etc. We highly recommend!

We had the best time. The house was an absolute delight, was spotless, beds super comfortable, equipped with everything we needed (and more), and was in a perfect location. We walked into town almost every day and were just minutes away from several beaches. Finally, Chad was so quick to respond and kind! Could not recommend ridgeview retreat enough!

We were all very pleased with our stay here. Everything was as described in the VRBO listing. Plenty of room for 5 adults and one 7 year old. The kitchen was a dream to prepare some home meals. Beds were very comfortable. Outdoor area was very quiet and secluded. The hot tub was enjoyed by all.

Relaxing Family Vacation

We just spent a wonderful week with our family at Ridgeview Retreat. The home was beautiful, very spacious, and tastefully decorated. The living room area provided plenty of space for our family to gather and we enjoyed using the fireplace on the back porch. The hot tub was relaxing and Chadd, the property management contact, made sure it was serviced and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy a meal at home. Overall the house was well equipped with towels, paper towels, toilet paper and almost anything you can think of needed in a house. The only thing it could use would be a couple more hooks or towel racks in the downstairs bathroom.

Ladies Getaway

My friends and I had a fabulous week long vacation together. The house was so perfect! Luxurious, beautifully decorated, and clean. The outside area was ideal, as we were nestled in a forest yet only a short distance from the downtown. The walk through the beautiful neighborhood enhanced the experience.
