Expedia has a shady deal with this Hotel where there are second teir roooms with trashed moldy bathrooms that expedia lists for less and if you arrive and are not happy that the picture doesn't match what they offer they can upgrade you to a remodeled bathroom for alot more.

Good: The room was clean, the beds were clean, quick and easy check-in procedure, parking is accesible and easy to park. Bad: We could hear people in and out of their rooms all night, the shower head was missing an attachment so it was challenging to adjust the height and direction of the water.

This hotel was a delightful find in East Hollywood. And for the price, it was an amazing deal. The rooms are simple but spacious with a comfortable but firm bed and adequate pillows. The pool area and the inner courtyard area are absolutely delightful. Sadly, the pool is not heated and in November despite warm sunshine was absolutely frigid. The hotel is amazingly clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. My one frustration was that they seemed unable to fix my television so that I could stream Google Chromecast despite multiple complaints. I will definitely be returning next time I need a hotel in this area

The condition of the property is very poor. It is clear that the staff are trying to do the best with the product they have but the general conditions are bad enough that no amount of friendly service can overcome this. The bathroom in the room I was assigned was particularly run down and stained/moldy. The pictures used to advertise the hotel are misleading and not reflective of the actual product that I received.
