The hotel staff was very friendly and hopeful. The rooms were extremely small with limited space. Myself and one other person had difficulty placing our belongings in the bathroom. There was also no option to turn the temperature up higher than 75 and it was extremely cold in the room at night/in the morning

Loved the history of this beautiful hotel and surrounding area. The only area of concern is that the shower tubs was very slippery and our granddaughter fell and cut her chin. It was minor but this should be looked at.

Property was conveniently located and clean. Parking is safe but costs $42 a day. The biggest complaint was we booked a room for three people (2 adults and a teenage child) but the couch was not a sofa bed, and was small. When I asked for a rollout bed, they did not have them.

A place to sleep

The room was hot despite turning on the air conditioner and the whole 3rd flow smelled horrible. I ended up sleeping with the balcony door open for cooler air but it was incredibly noisy outside.The bathroom was clean, but falling apart (peeling/chipping paint, stained walls).
