Loved this place. Close to lots of cute shops and restaurants. Excellent lounge and diner in house. Quaint quiet pool area, staff super friendly. Love all the Hollywood memorabilia. I'd 100% stay here again. Only thing I'd say it needs is a set of weights in the fitness center and a water machine in there.

We were very happy with our room. Very clean and well decorated. Had a great view of the Hollywood sign from our window. The diner attached is wonderful. The food was excellent and service was outstanding. A bit pricey but so is everything in the area. The valet was fantastic. We used the service several times and he was pleasant and accommodating every time. The hotel doesn’t service the room while you are there which is fine with us. Towels and other necessities are readily available from the front desk anytime of day.

VIP status not acknowledge. Window broken and open in room. Doors light switches coffee handle dirty. High touch places not clean. And only valet parking, no self parking. Every question you ask, get a response with a question. Must have key to get in gym. Stuff broken. Bad pillows too
