Park your two cars in the driveway, leave them for the duration of your stay, and use the free, air-conditioned trolley service to explore charming Anna Maria Island. Head to Pine Avenue on the north end of the island for boutiques, restaurants, and cafes, or south to historic Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach. You'll also find plentiful shopping and dining options within walking distance of your front door.

Back at your rental, unwind while you surf the cable channels or watch a DVD on the flatscreen HDTV. The screened lanai is a great place to catch up on life with your family and friends, read a good book, or get lost in a daydream. Meal prep is made easy with the full kitchen, and when you're in the mood for some grilled seafood, fire up the gas grill and enjoy your feast on the patio. You'll also have a private washer/dryer as an added convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
