Amazing location. Our luxury room was great. The lobby is outdated and there is construction going on in and around it and the hot tub area, which is unsightly and detracts from the views. Hopefully they can finish soon.

The room was clean and easy access from parking lot. 2 queen beds very comfortable. Loved being able to sit on comfy chairs in our room and balcony and watch the fishing boats and sea otters in the bay. Disappointed in service… maids never brought fresh towels, made beds or replenished toiletries even when I put a “please clean room” sign on our door…. This was a 3 night stay! Did not use hot tub or sauna. Dining options available but only used breakfast buffet one morning.

Small double queeen room. Felt squished. Great view of water. Hotel under renovation, but wasn’t close to our room. Hotel is a bit of walk to restaurants, but doable. The balcony and Dec was the best part. Breakfast for 2 at $50 was a tiny buffet with not so great food.

Views were spectacular. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are modest but well appointed and clean. The food is very good but a bit spendy. Caught my first king salmon in the fishing hole. I would stay there again.
