I ordered a king size bed and I know it was last minute, but because I had the Expedia price they gave me a room in the corner with double beds. Hotel was nice. Staff was very friendly, but I think if you order something and you have the availability like they said you should get what you pay for.

Probably would have booked somewhere else knowing the amenities were closed . Once we got there he stated that the restaurant bar wasn’t open . Although they had food services and full bar available on the 7th floor 7-10 pm . Then after that we asked about the pool . It was closed for renovation. Ok . 3rd we asked about the private beach . Due to the renovations being done we had to walk all the way around to the side of the freeway area to get there . As stated above I wouldn’t have booked here if I knew . The room itself was very nice with a great view . Later in the evening we had issues with the tv working and the door to our room lock kept sticking open . Then at 0930am the cleaning staff knocked on the door to ask if we were leaving. That has never happened before in my travels. It was uncomfortable as I was in my pajamas. The front desk staff and breakfast was great to be on the positive side of our stay .

Yes. Your front desk clerk, Aziz Saafir was most gracious to me. He helped me 2xs, his personality and customer skills are over the top.He was easy to deal with and jumped through hoops for me. He deserves a raise!!! Its southern hospitality at its finest and I will recommend this hotel
