Check in was ridiculous long, agent tried many times but nothing seems to work with computer system that night, payment wouldn’t go through either and he end up trying manually .
After so many trials , unplugging system on and off and waiting for more the 40 minutes with young kids the next issue was the digital room keys . They didn’t work so the front desk guy have to walk with us and open our room with his own keys . Keys were finally return to us after another 30 min. next day we try to get things right with management and in return the manager offer $20 dollars which I prefer her to keep it that was a joke to me . In conclusion Beautiful and clean place not the best costumer service experience.
