We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was super convenientā€”just a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants, but since it wasnā€™t directly on the water, it was quieter and more relaxing. The space was a great size, and having a full kitchen was a huge plus for traveling with our toddler. I also had an amazing massage during our stay, and the Friday night fireworks from the lobby floor were a perfect way to wrap up the week. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

They were awesome. We would stay here again. Brent at the front desk did a great job taking care of us. The rooms were very spacious and had great views. The ocean view room was amazing, but even the city view room had a partial ocean view. Housekeeping did a great job and even reorganized our items to tidy up. The dishes were not cleaned very thoroughly, but housekeeping does clean them. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. They offer beach towels at the conceirge desk and you can also get an umbrella but you have to ask. Overall it was great.

For a family of 3 this was an excellent option. We stayed in a one bedroom city view, and the room offered fully stocked kitchen. Service was great, both in room, and at the pool.

We stayed in a Grand Suite (I think thatā€™s right. Was 2 BR/ 2 BA) because I wanted a kitchen and washer/ dryer. This place did not disappoint. Room felt like a luxury apartment. Balcony had beautiful views of the ocean. Everything for shopping/ dining is within walking distance. They supply very toiletry imaginable: q tips, cotton rounds, toothbrush and paste along with shampoo/ conditioner and body lotion, which are fabulous. I canā€™t comment on the spa or restaurant because we didnā€™t use either. The pool area is lovely as well. I would stay here again if Iā€™m fortunate enough to come back for a visit. And if you donā€™t want to bring an alarm clock, the feral roosters have you covered: youā€™ll hear them in a neighboring park telling you itā€™s time to get up. Theyā€™re all over the island, so just roll with it. Itā€™s kind of endearing in a weird, vacation-y way.

Great Stay

Great location just off the beach and walking distance to everything in Waikiki. Yet in a relatively quiet location. Great staff and good amenities. Comfortable 2 bedroom suite had everything we needed.

Serene 5 Star Hotel!

Went for a quick weekend get away for my birthday and the property is immaculate. The staff was very friendly and surprised me with a birthday dessert plate in my room. I loved the property, however I wish it were justa bit more lively at the pool, music would have been wonderful. Otherwise great property, especially if you like quiet serene atmospeheres.

Kalai has definitely made my trip a lot less stressfull with 2 toddlers. Valet and bellhop helped lighten our load upon arrival. And the little things like stepping stool in bathroom, plushies and diaper/shower kit, arts & craft events made it pleasant for the ones. All in all- very friendly staff and prompt service Would definitely recommend
