Outrigger was great overall. Avoid the restaurant Monkeypod. We received free breakfast with our booking and they treated us like second class citizens. The server treated us like we didn’t exist and only the last page of menu was available to you. We didn’t go back after our experience. Walked down the street for other options!

When booking on Expedia it wasn't immediatly clear that the resort fee would be tacked on at checkout. That cost was $50 per day. Also, if you do park a rental car there that charge is an additional $60 per day. There's also other incidental charges we were not aware of. For our 4 night stay it totaled to an extra $487. Anyone thinking of booking time there should definitley read the fine print to avoid any surprise costs.

Beautiful views and Great location

We loved staying here. We had a room with 3 balconies and the most magnificent view of Waikiki. The staff was extremely friendly and it is in a wonderful, walkable location. Absolutely would come back and stay here!

Our second stay

This is our second visit to the Outrigger Reef. The staff is always so friendly and sincerely makes the effort to make our stay perfect. The pool bar staff is fantastic and friendly. The Monkeypod restaurant is always where we start with a delicious mai tai. The hotel is clean, updated and in a perfect location.
