Just got back from a week stay with my wife, and loved it. Three hottubs always offered availability, and the pool was wonderful and clean. Staff was great. Nice workout room. Even the food was great. Looking forward to coming back next year! Also great value as ive price shopped compatable hotels on the island and i feel.this one gives the best bang for the buck!

Besides being in a great location, i found the elevators very convenient and efficient. We visited other hotels at the same time that had long waits but i never waited more then a minute for an elevator to my floor. It just made it such a nice experience to be able to get to my room so easy. The shops downstairs also made it feel like i didnt need to go far to get anything i needed.

I highly recommend this hotel. Staff were all very friendly, clean rooms, we had a corner room with 2 balconies which was lovely.

Hotel was average, Lights in room didn't work, Coffee outlet broken, Dresser in closet couldn't open drawers all the way, confusion when booking in. Nobody wants to see concerned faces when you've paid a lot for a hotel upon checking in. Didn't mind the valet fee, but didn't like the Parking GET fee. If I had known I would be charged that I wouldn't have tipped the valet all the time.

Updated Hotel, Clean and well organized. Professional Staff. We have been in Hawaii many times. This Hotel did not disappoint us. You have to visit Monkeypod Restaurant, it is amazing! Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

The staff are very friendly. The hotel is walking distance to anywhere on Waikīkī. Only downside, the amount of beach front is small but there is a public park right next door.

A conveniently located property with a beautiful lobby, lovely staff, pleasing decor throughout. The resort was impeccably clean. Near shops, restaurants, and a short walk to several beaches. We were very pleased with our room (3 double beds) and a good sized bathroom. Would stay here again if we are ever able to return to Waikiki!

We liked the pool. We also made great friends with the bartenders at the Monkeypod bar. We had a great time with them and they became like family members. The only thing we didn’t like was that the hotel rooms doors were too loud when shutting them even if you tried to do it quietly. It’s very loud when people are leaving early to go on excursions . It wakes you up everyday.
