Queen Studio, Full Kitchen 1.5 mins from the Beach

We are so lucky to be able to offer this fully remodeled studio, Queen bed studio at this great price.
Not only are all the appliances (including full cooker) brand new, The studio itself is only 1.5 minutes from Waikiki Beach!

With a comfortable bed and ample space to lounge around watching the HD TV and enjoying the free WiFi after a hard day at the beach, this place is hard to beat.
We're even throwing in Free parking (which can be up to $30 per day in the local area).

The modern and bright bathroom was also fully remodeled and we welcomed our first guests on July 1st 2018 - They loved what we'd done to the place!
Beach Towels and Chairs are also here for your use and there are coin-op laundry facilities onsite should you need them. This property sleeps up to two guests in total comfort.

We do have a private Lanai off the bedroom. It's not the best view in the world but hey, you'll be at the beach or discovering Waikiki and the rest of our island, but it's there when you want it :)

We have a guest host who will meet you at the property, familiarize you with the place, pass along WiFi codes, answer any questions you may have (both about our apartment and local hotspots for dining and entertainment)

The room was clean, tidy and perfect for what we needed at the time, ie a place to sleep, shower etc. The outlook from the balcony is onto the adjoining building so pretty crap but that wasn't the point of the location. Things are pretty dated but functional. The key point for choosing this location was the parking which was in the main ok. One night there was no available spaces which was problematic and getting any help from the vendors was hopeless. We ended up having to park up 10 minutes away that night. Location wise everything for the beach etc is within easy walking distance so perfect for what we wanted at the time.

Nice Remodel and Great Location

Mark was a great host with excellent communication. The unit is nicely remodeled, but no provisions (not even salt and pepper), so purchase what you need if planning to cook. The kitchen is very nice with new appliances, even a Ninja blender. Only downside was the cleanliness, the floors were very dirty. Parking was fine, we only had to search for street parking once. Fast elevator and the management team were top notch.

Home-hotel hybrid feel

The place was nice. The managers was very friendly and helpful. Great location from beach. I love the home - hotel hybrid feel. We had the amenities of a home and kitchen with good customer service.

Perfunctory

Booking was easy, check-in was easy enough. Very conveniently located! Kitchen amenities abundant, easy to cook full meals. TV, cable, AC, fan were good. However, we received only one key bcz the previous guest neglected to turn in both keys. Never did receive a second key in spite of one month stay. You would think that would be long enough to procure a second key. Parking was “included” in the price but not guaranteed so there were a couple of nights when we had to find neighbourhood parking. A bit of a hassle. Curtains did not fully draw closed so they let in light in the early morning and were constantly blowing apart. During the night this also exposed us to other neighbours.
