Horrible customer service with a manager who lies and does not reply to email. Do not come here, it smells like sewers and trash. The room felt like a jail cell. Manager was no help at all even when on the phone, and the emails sent were ignored by this company. Stole my money, lied to me, horrible service, and blamed it on an individual employee rather than taking charge as a business. Terrible...dont come it's not worth it at all!

The hotel was okay ok for the price. There were a few issues though like the air not working, the plug in the bathroom didn’t work, it was noisy every night with the dump trucks and people on the street yelling also when we first arrived into our room the bathroom wasn’t clean and there were dirty towels from the previous guests. They did fix problems right away minus the noise so I’d say it’s just an ok hotel.

I stay with night I am I guest in room 706 My wife was taking a shower and water was all over the bathroom as you can see in the pictures, when I report this to the front desk They told me that this is a common problem here at the hotel. I say that we have to take a shower and water will be all over the place, so I request 12 towels to put it in the floor, before I took I shower I check the shower draining system and I found out that it was clogged because of the lack of cleaning as you can see in the pictures

I love this hotel. It's a vibe. It has a nice restaurant and hotel bar. They have a live DJ thurs-Sun and other entertainment in the lobby. There's really no need to go any farther than down stairs for ur nightly entertainment.
Double queen room. Neighborhood was nice and clean. Nothing major fancy. But nice just the same
I love the bidet. Heated toilet seats aren't the smartest thing but it's an experience

Staff were attentive, friendly, and approachable. Especially at concierge. Love the interiors. Arrived to a clean room and very comfortable bed! Slept so well. Location was excellent, near shops, food, restaurants. We didn't mind not staying closer to the beach and only an 8-10min walk anyway. Will definitely stay again.

The property is close to Waikiki , and the staff is great ! Ariel was so nice during our stay and very helpful . The parking situation is AWFUL unfortunately it isn’t included and it’s 57$ a night to park on top of your nightly stay and on top of resort fees .
