After checking in we went to room and it was dirty, called front desk, they had me go back down get key cards for a new room. No help with moving my luggage to the new room. New room only had 2 bath towels for 6 people. Sofa bed had no pillows or sheets. Staff was nice.

Room was nice. Staff were mostly friendly. However, I was confused because I thought this was an adult only hotel but I saw so many families with little kids? Also, the whole time I was there my body wash bottle was empty and was not filled up once.

We loved the whole aloha vibes. Great location and perfect pool to warm up in and relax after the sun goes down. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to be in the heart of it all. Get some food and coffee here too!

Overall good, Staff was great. Resort fees are ridiculous for things nobody uses or used to be free, no microwave or clock in room. Hotels are doing the same as airlines and will lose customers as a result. Expedia website says for breakfast for all with a fee, then says only for 2 after you pay. I emailed Expedia in advance and got an ok for 5, but only received breakfast for 3 once I arrived.
