great locale

we always get the Junior suite but trouble is it’s very noisy on that side of the building because they drag race all night and people are fighting etc. Book a room pool side of the building if can

The tv was on the wall where you couldn't see it from the bed. Shoer if i needed or used my own soap, body wash etcetera had to put it one the shower floor. There's more but know i won't pick this hotel ag as in

We loved our stay at the Romer hotel! Ariel and Gerald from the front desk were both very kind and helpful in answering all of our touristy questions. The hotel offers bike rentals, which I thought was cool. We were able to rent their bikes any day and ride them to the beach! Everything is pretty much nearby since the Romer is in a centralized location. Only thing that I would suggest re-doing is the glass door in the shower. It caused so much water to spill but staff was not stingy with towels so it worked out, either way.

They had a low water pressure issue on 10th floor where they put me ln the first night. I brought it up next morning. They said they were not aware of the issue or none previously brought the issue up. However it was so low that i with short hair could not finish taking a shower… When I came back for the 2nd night at 11:30pm, they apparently did not check the situation. After a long conversation, they agreed me to move to a room on 6th fl, which had an Okay water pressure. None from the front desk apologized even more like they made me feel I am a complainer. Maybe this is their culture after dealing with many tourists? I didn’t appreciate those attitudes at all. Sad, while I liked Alohilani hotel which is the same management.

The hotel is located in the center of the city it’s a block away from all the shopping and restaurants. The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is the room service. We were there 8 days and they only came in twice to clean because we asked them too. The cleaning was only to take out the garbage and make the beds.
