The room looked and smelled clean, but the floor of my room was very sticky and unpleasant to walk on. This made me feel like the cleanliness of the room was superficial. We stayed for two nights and our room received no housekeeping attention during our stay. The AC unit was extremely loud and made it very hard to get a restful sleep. We choose this place because of the pet-friendly policy. We decided not to travel with our cats but the hotel didn't smell like a veterinary office.

The WiFi was not good at all not many channel options besides sports channels and Cinemax movies.. Dennis at the front desk was very kind and nice very welcoming smile. The place was clean and quiet food options in the morning was not good . I would stay again it’s a lot of food choices outside the hotel everything is very close

The room felt absolutely disgusting even after I disinfectant spray and wipes, there were multiple things broken in the room, the breakfast was not good at all besides the coffee. And to top it off, the reception gave me a “complimentary upgrade” but after checking out I received my bill and was charged over $200 more than my quoted price.

I had a booking for this hotel traveled 5 and a half hours to get here and they couldn’t even find my reservation. Waste of time and had to drive to another hotel. Will not ever be reserving this brand name hotel.
