Escalator was broke, no microwave in room. Couldn't find valet parking. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean though. Staff was just “working” their shift to go home. Overall doubtful I’d return for another stay.

Upon coming into the hotel, the front desk agent seemed to have a bit of an attitude and was very robotic, as if she was just going through the motions of being there. The room was let's say, out of sorts, but we were there for my birthday and mother's day, so we didn't stay in the room for more than 6 -7 hours, but i have pictures of what I'm referring to. Many times it smelled like pot, in the hallway, elevator, etc... as i stated, i have pictures of the room.

Beds were clean and comfortable and staff were okay. The whole place feels like a tourist trap, where the only things they put on the property map are activities they can charge you for. No working gym or pool, although I am told there is one in Fox Tower. Tower if you are willing to spend $80 at the spa minimum, not sure how they get away with charging a resort fee here

Really enjoyed the easy access to the Great Cedar Showroom where we were attending a concert. Less than 5 minute walk. Great dining choices and comfortable room. A few things in room needed updating but it was clean.

The property was very dated. The showerhead was too low and couldn't be adjusted. The casino was not what I would have expected for such a large venue. It was fine but I won't go back. On the other hand Hells kitchen was impressive and the food was great.
