To begin, i had made reservations 3 weeks in advance, requested adjoining rooms. Followed up with a phone call and email, told it would be no problem. Rooms were not adjoining, asked that they give us requested rooms and the clerk was unable even though the parking lot was empty, should have been a lot of rooms available. The clerk appeared to be possible on something, both rooms were booked with 4 people. So kinda obvious the pull out sofa was going to be used. Had sheets in room but no comforter or blankets. Daughter in law went to desk to request these was told they didnt have any. I went down and requested a little harder and finally was privided them. I went out fairly late for a bit, returned and room key didnt work. Knocked until i woke someone, they informed me while i was out, another family walked in on them while they were sleeping. Both of my room keys had been deactivated. Went to front desk and clerk nonchalantly reprogrammed my key but had nothing to say about someone walking in on my family. Then in the morning, my daughters room toilet was clogged. Went to the front desk and requested maintenance, was informed no one else was there. Asked if she could provide my a plunger and i could fix it myself. She said she didnt know where keys to the maintenance closet were, that she would not the problem. She did provide a plunger about 30 mins later. The milk for cont breakfast was outdated abd very soured. Service beyond horrific but most everything was clean

Elevator was broken. I don’t think the pool was working. Dirty stain across the bathroom door. Random black string across a bright white pillow. The protective plastic cover on bed guard is peeling. It could all just be peeled off to look uniform. I looked under the mattress pad and there was blood on the box spring.

The room was a nice 80° to welcome me on the third floor. So before I even made it to my room, I could hear loud party music as I stepped off the elevator. Then after I turned the AC on carefully not to overload it, I found a nice stain on a pillow. I was abruptly woken at 3 AM to party goers in the hallway. When I left the next morning there were a dozen beer bottles in front of one door as if they had a powwow in the hallway to top it all off. I had to wait for breakfast to be served, which was only approximately five minutes after the set breakfast time.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Room was extremely dirty, pills on the room, bugs walking around, stained furniture, dirty bed sheets, management does not care
