Went for the pool and hot tub and they were out of service which wasn’t mentioned on the website, front desk guy wasn’t very friendly, it smelled bad and the rooms were dumpy and not very clean. Breakfast was an absolute joke. Would not recommend this place nor would I ever stay there again.

Pool and hot tub were not working. We were not told that upon checking in. The guy working the front desk was rude, when picked up the phone to check in he said “yeah coming.” Found black hair in the bathroom and shower. Pillows extremely uncomfortable and breakfast bare minimum selection. Picked this hotel specifically because it was a Baymont Wyndham and they have a good reputation, didn’t not meet expectations.

Not as clean as one wants their hotel room to be. No towels provided. When asked for more towels, was met with hesitation. Gave us 2 towels and there were 5 of us. Overall, we got what we paid for. $50.00/night won't get you much.

Our room was gross. Bedding was dirty. Pool was out of order but wasn't stated online. Couch was broken, lampshade next to the table was broken. Breakfast was not good, the gravy was water. Dirty smears on random walls.

Price was proper for the time of year, mattress cover had a big stain in the center, bath tub looked dirty but was stained from long term water impurities. Property and interior was clean and inviting, pillows were comfortable and usable but very small in size.

It was incredibly dirty. From the furniture to the floors to the bed. Never would stay there again. We were passing through and just needed a place for sleep before an early morning departure. Would never have stayed if it wasn't late with kids who were already exhausted and we had paid for it.

I checked into this property, staff was cold. I got to my room and the heater wasn't working properly, so they had set a space heater in the room. I'm a nonconfrontational person, and with the way that the guy at the front desk acting like it was some kind of inconvenience for him when I checked in, I weathered my room. I paid for a king suite, I expected more than a cold room, and cold service.

Needs much improvement

We soon realized the description and photos of this hotel must have been from several years ago, because the hotel we got was not the same as described. The pool and hot tub were out of service, the hotel had a funny/bad smell, the hallways and kitchen hall were dirty, children were allowed to make banging and talking noises until like 3 a.m. The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, and waffles, along with some cold cereal. It was not well stocked or inviting. The staff were cold and unfriendly. So glad we were told by the locals to switch hotels to USA Hotel, that was a much better stay.

I would not recommend this hotel. Our first room had something all over our bed shams. When we moved rooms. That room was worse then the 1st. Room 103 is definitely in need of updating and fixing. There was food under the bed skirt. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and in need of repair. The only good thing is that it was a pet friendly hotel. However, their was hair all over the made beds. We had 2 queen beds with one bed broken and it felt like you were on a teeter totter. Couldnt sleep on it without feeling like you will be thrown of the bed with slight movement.
