Arrived at 2:05pm and asked about checking in. Told check in is 3pm and there would be $25 fee for that! Room was ok, but broken coffee maker. Free breakfast had no food when we arrived at 8am (service from 6-9). Some semblance of food came a while later. Whole place seemed under construction. Back yard badly needed mowing, etc . Staff seemed almost indifferent to everything.

Nothing Unique really. Lady was rude, caught the lady trying to write our credit card number down on a sticky note for some reason she claimed because she couldn’t access it in the computer. We snatched the card back. We will NEVER stay here again

My stay at this property was deplorable. I would recommend Expedia not book customers at this property. Its dirty. It is under renovation and the whole place is filthy. Plus the renovation goes on all day srating before 600 am and lasted until 930 pm. Horrible customer service and no hospitality at all. Tried to check out at 630 am and i was told by housekeeping that the Front Desk help was still asleep. This is just unacceptable and is horrible business practices. I strongly recommend you do not stay at this property.

I'm not certain where to start. As we made our way down the hall to our room, we noticed the carpeting in the hall was absolutely filthy. We noticed there were renovations so we tried to be open minded. In our room, the under mounted sink was at least 1" removed from the vanity. Literally, the sink wasn't attached. I will say the bedding appeared clean, and the carpets did too. There was only one curtain, so it was hard to close out the sun. A blanket balled up haphazardly on top of the entertainment center had us confused. The water pressure was horrible. The bathroom fan is in need of repair, or attention at least. The room was nothing like what was pictured. NOTHING. The gym was under repair. The breakfast room was clean, but no coffee available at 7:30am. Little things that really made me feel like guest comfort was not a priority. I will never stay here again, despite staying several times in the past. Do better.

a mess. front desk person had no idea what he was doing. said printer didnt work after 15 minutes with one customer. He must've bent over to look at the printer 12 times. He told the customer he would just bring it to their room, but still kept trying to print it for some reason. then another customer came in and was yelling at him because he had told them something 2 hours before and still hadnt fixed it. After 25 minutes of waiting , we walked out. The hotel is in disarray. The pool had no lighting and people were in there in the dark. Construction mess. Should be closed down and/or sold. Clearly these owners have no idea how to run a hotel.

The parking lot was well lit ,the beds clean and comfortable. The curtains were smaller than the window and let all the bright light from the parking lot in very hard to sleep . The fan that comes on in the bathroom was screaming so loud we could not shower. The carpet was pieced together and sharp nails and staples were poking through and ripped my socks and cut my feet . White chalky dust on everything including the toilet seat . The work out room was closed and the pool was awful with cloudy water and bad smell so we walked in the rain. It would have been nice to know the workout room was closed for renovation and the pool was funky before I checked in . someone could be seriously hurt with those nails poking out of the carpet . Didn’t find those until I got up in the morning . I have stayed there before but not sure about doing it again. Dust not a surprise with renovation . Staff was friendly but several people reported waiting a long time at the desk despite calling .

Convenient location to downtown Hot Springs. Staff was friendly. I am surprised this was part of Wyndham still. Dirty, rugs stained, wrappers on the floor, walls dirty, pool area with mold on walls and sides of pools need to be scrubbed. Outside there was materials covered with blue tarp which would indicate maybe they are remodeling however there was grass growing around it. It was a bed for $100 but would not stay more than 12 hours.
