When we arrived the front desk guy was talking to much, and couldn’t talk and work at the same time. We gave him a hint, we just wanted our room, and he continued to talk about other customers and their stay. My husband asked for a quiet room and they gave us a very loud room. When we went back, another person, lady, was gonna give us another room, saying, no problem, we have different room, the guy said no. It was very loud, above heavy traffic and bar scene. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

We got the king suite as the hotel was sold out. 100% worth every penny. The bathtub with jets alone sold the room! Will stay in the king suite again.

Don’t stay there when there is an event at The Monument. They charge $15 a night for parking and there is nowhere to park until late at night. They iet people scream and holler at the bar until 2:00 in the morning so don’t go there if you plan on sleeping. All rooms face the bar.

We arrived during a black-out! NO electricity which was not their fault. It was a wide-spread situation from WY to Rapid to Hot Springs and in between. We could check in. They handled it the best they could and power was restored about 5:30.
