the Gal at the front desk that checked us in was wonderful and this is not her fault. The place is absolutely disgusting. Exterior trash cans were over flowing and garbage on the grounds. There are homeless people living in the back of the property. The room was filthy. Mold on the shower and shower curtain. Live bugs everywhere and mold all around the window. IT WAS SO DISGUSTING WE LEFT RIGHT AWAY

I purchased 4 rooms - two for 4 nights and two for 3 nights for family attending my husband's funeral. They were trying to be positive and didn't want me to feel bad, but I just found out the rooms were dirty, there were crumbs in the rooms, one room had a half of a toilet seat, one room was missing light bulbs - an employee took one out of the hallway and took it into the room, there were water/dirty stains covering the bottom 12 inches of the drapes, the water would shut off during showers in EVERY ROOM. I am appalled and saddened that my family had to stay in these rooms. I have apologized to them! I will contact Hotels.com for a refund. NEVER will I send anyone here again.

Checked in and was given a room that had not been cleaned, was resigned another room on 3rd floor were traveling with a service dog so a lot of stairs. Breakfast was good, great service but unfortunately they were out of baskets and gravy at 8:00am.

This hotel is in decline. We found that the security lock on the room door was missing a piece. There was no basin drain stop in the bathroom sink. We found two roaches in the room. The wear and tear of use was obvious and not spruced up. The breakfast was generous and hot and a pleasant surprise.....expectations weren't great!

Nice room, breakfast could be better

The room was nearly perfect, no complaints. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. I was disappointed in the continental breakfast. They had the usual options, but most of the bins were empty for the hot breakfast and the bread and pastries were mostly empty. Waited 20 minutes and never saw anyone tending.
