The only part i didnt like it was when your breakfast server was vary meen person. And also she closed the breakfast 15 earlier and there was still kids coming down to have breakfast. And when we ask if we can have more sausage she had a attitude

I was kicked out of the property with my children for “lack of payment”. The charges were reflecting on my bank account and the assistant manger confirmed that it was a “system issue” duplicating check in efforts. The manager still had police escort us out. I had to dispute the charges with my bank for everything we paid. We did not get to stay our full visit.

Terrible, needed maintenance to try three remotes to get the TV working, the free breakfast was so bad I'm surprised I didn't get food poisoning. Front desk messed up and our key cards stopped working a day early, and the staff was disinterested in helping anyone.

As a hotel close to the airport, its great. They have a free hot and or cold breakfast which is nice. Staff were friendly, the lobby and rooms were clean. Looks like they've done some renovations. All in all, a decent stay for a night.

Their checkin desk needs training

Nice hotel. They emailed me an online checkin, which I completed. When we arrived I still had to provide id & credit card. When I told her I’d done the online checkin she said they don’t use it. They also charged the $100 “hold” so I got charged that amount plus my room rate. I called and they have to refund the $100. She said that’s how they do it but when I checked in she said it was a hold and would be released when I checked out.
