The price was ok for what it offered. Shuttle doesnt run for most of the day and it wasnt clear what time breakfast went until so both of the reasons for picking this hotel didnt get used.

The lady at the front desk was really awesome. We got there early and she had us in a room by noon. Our room had no hot water and maintenance was there right away. When it couldnt be immediately fixed they moved us to another room. Hotel was old but had a lot of face-lift to it. Didn't care for the overly pungent smell of air freshener in the halls. But the rooms smelled fine and bed was comfy. Shuttle seevice was quick. Great stay for the money.

Smells in lobby and hallways were rough. We didn’t get a do not disturb sign so housekeeping kept knocking on door while we were trying to get rest. Other than that, we like the rooms, A/C and hot water.

Room wasn’t really clean, we asked for a room change but the only option they had was a pet friendly room, we took it as it was cleaner than the first one, but bathroom wasn’t that clean, shower faucet and shower head were loose from the wall. TV didn’t work at all.

Smell of backed up sewer on first floor. TV would not stay on a channel..it kept going back to home channel. Over reserved shuttle to airport so had to wait for driver to go and drop off first group then he came back for us.

They have a 24 hour reception which was great because my flight was delayed and I only arrived at 2.30 am. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Room was cleand and well organised. 2 min from the George Bush Airport in Houston.
