Where to begin. When we arrived, there was no one at the staff desk even when they appeared they were in no hurry to help us and were in no way courteous or polite. We checked in and were provided a room that contained a ladder of broken light, a broken smoke detector. When we went downstairs to let them know, their only response was they need to tell me. I assume that they is maintenance. I don’t know. The new room was fine except that the air conditioner continue to leak water into the carpet, which was disgusting. The beds were uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a rock. The sheets felt like sandpaper. The bathroom doors didn’t close very well. We will never stay at another La Quinta. Will stick to Hilton thanks.

Decent stay for 4 people

The property was nice and the kids loved the pool area. I didn’t eat breakfast but my teen son ate and liked it. Only complaint was that there was no syrup for the waffles all 3 days we were there. Minor updates will make the room much better (bathroom and main room doors seemed older) but the room overall was spacious for our 4 person family and small dog.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly! Room was clean saw a spider one day, main light wouldn’t turn off. Wish room would have had a desk area. WiFi was not strong Food options were limited due to them running out of most items during our stay. But overall stay was good. Close to airport. Shuttle service was excellent.

It was good. The room was spacious and the grounds outside were nice. Just wish house keeping had refill containers in shower because we ran out of soap and conditioner.

Economical and good value, but the van service is very limited and does not operate as stated in the hotel reservation notes (supposed to run until 10pm, they stop at 9pm). Taxis don't like short runs like this and it will cost about $25.

The property was nice. The room was nice until you turned on the light at night. That’s when all the roaches came out on the counter inside the showers on the carpet. Unfortunately, we left clothes on the carpet and found roaches in our clothes never ever staying here again or recommended to anyone. It was disgusting.

We were super tired after cancelled and delayed flights and just needed a room. The reviews looked ok so we took a chance. When we got to the property there were quite a few what seemed to be drug addicts hanging around. We checked in and I wanted to get a soda. They were $4 a piece. The worker couldn't take credit for them only cash. I asked if he could break a $10 and he said no. So no drinks. The room smelled damp and musty. The bed looked clean so I'm we just went to sleep. We were only going to be there for 4 hours so I want going to be too picky. When we got up in the morning we noticed there were literal plants growing out of the carpet near the wall. One was over 8in tall. We went to leave and the trash that was overflowing in the lobby when we came in was now spilling onto the floor it was so full. At 1am you didn't notice things in the light of day I was appalled that we even spent the 4 hours that's we were there. I truly wish I could add a picture of the plants it was wild.
