when i arrived the clerk would not respond to my hellos, my hearing aids told the real story going on behind the wall partition. must have been a great ride for the manager,I just wanted to check in and get some rest. When I yelled louder she suddenly appeared, a bit ruffled ,said she was busy with her manager, from the sounds emitting from the back they had a great time

Very clean which is a big thing for me. Had a little problem with the elevator at the end of the hall when we first arrived but it worked well after that. Shower pressure is weak.

The property itself was satisfactory. Their advertised shuttle service to the airport was lacking. Had to skip the 1100 shuttle as it was full. Next one was due to pick up at 1200, but didn’t make it back the hotel until 1230. This was the morning after many flight delays at IAH and that’s why I was there. They could really stand to plus up their shuttle service if it’s an amenity they are advertising.

We stayed one night slept like a baby the door was messed up both front and bathroom door bathroom door was missing a lock but was definitely a place I’ll stay again !!!

Rude staff. Cockroach in the room. Inaccurate airport shuttle schedule. Very disappointed in this hotel. It advertised airport shuttle from 5 AM to 10 PM. We even confirmed this with the staff. Only to find out when we needed the shuttle this was not correct. Ended up spending money on the taxi despite booking the hotel for shuttle option. Front desk staff was rude and dishonest. No accountability for the shuttle not being available. Cockroach in the room and crappy breakfast.
