Terrible staff that just doesn’t care I arrived an hour early from check in to see if I could get my room I was told no which is fine I’m an hour early I get it, I then asked can I leave my bags here with you and the smug little girl working the counter chuckled at me and said we don’t take bags but you can leave it in the lobby if you want but there’s no guarantee we will watch it for you. Why even suggest something so stupid then? I get checked in my room finally and there’s no WiFi for free or to purchase so I was stuck with cable tv and the tv was only able to pick up the first couple news stations. The door had space underneath it so there was a draft, could turn the AC on or off so it just turned on and off at random times, I asked staff for extra towels and the same moronic young girl asked how long I’ve been staying??? When I said a day she said they don’t normally give extra towels to guest that arrived so soon??? I said ok but can I get some anyways I don’t see the big deal? She replied ok for you this one time we will bring towels to you later, came back some time around 8pm to no towels or room service whatsoever so I walked back down and asked for towels again and was told they don’t give towels past 6pm…..these idiots really give customers the run around for towels…basic hospitality needs and they can’t do it but also just seem to refuse to do it and back to the door that has space underneath it and lets the cold air in, well it also lets in roaches
