The staff is fabulous & the breakfast outstanding! The room needs some improvement! The hard surface flooring was filthy - had to wipe up a water spill and the towel was black! No idea what was on the carpet but we stepped on it once and then wore shoes at all times. It was damp and sticky. Reminded us of a college apartment after a party. Finally the sink was extremely slow to drain. Disappointed - not up to cleanliness standards for a Hampton Inn.

Behind the door in the room it stated the maximum daily room rate, I was charged way above that rate for 1 night stay. I am disappointed by this and won't be staying at Hampton inn in Sioux Falls or using Expedia again. I keep getting this review bumped back to me. I don't know what you want to write. This is my experience.

This hotel was very clean and welcoming from the moment we stepped through the doors. Breakfast options were quite refreshing. The upgrades in the hotel were very well done. Thankful for the queen beds and linen options. My only side note would be only having one elevator was the only inconvenience but not enough to effect our satisfaction..
