The staff was very friendly. I was able to keep in touch with them regarding late check in via text. And they were quick to respond. The pool looked amazing, but we didn't get to enjoy it due to out late arrival. The lobby and common areas seemed to be clean, but the bedroom could have used a little more attention. Our air conditioner made some weird noises some times, but the hotel was booked so no other rooms were available. It is walking distance to the outlet mall, with a Coney Island & Arby's near by. I would stay again. It was a quick trip, but it was nice. Great breakfast options as well.

Definitely saw a cockroach scurry underneath the wall trim .. couldn't get a pic because it was too fast but I left after seeing it. Was there for leas than 2 hours- couldn't deal with it
