Pool was shut down, was pretty upset about that, was never told when we checked in or prior to booking even though I called ahead of time to ask if it was open. I was pretty upset about that seeing that was the main reason I booked with them, then having an indoor pool, then come to find out it was closed during my stay.

Miscommunication

The first night was not good. I specifically asked for the first floor. They gave us the second. They said I asked for a handicap room , I did not I did say, however that my sister is a little handicapped. We didn’t want to do stairs or elevator. We were very tired when we got there, but I did tell her I didn’t like the second floor the first night the next night I insisted on a bottom floor and they found us one so the second night was great.

Janine was so helpful and accommodating for our family during breakfast. She was so sweet and welcoming! I believe the blonde girl checking us in was Natalie, she is exactly what every hotel needs. Greeted the kids with lollipops (asked for permission first) and coloring books and crayons to keep them busy while I was checking in. Couldn’t say enough great things about this place!
