Short staffed

The stay was fine. Due to the hotel having lost 3 housekeepers the day before my trip, check in was delayed, but not the remaining staff's fault. The housekeeper they had worked her butt off and deserves at least time and a half. When I got to my room it was clean and it was a good stay.

The first night of two wasn’t too bad, however the next day was a circus! The breakfast lady yelled at several people for being a couple minutes early, she was then rude about our luggage being by our table. At night there were teenage boys running around the hotel knocking on doors and windows, then running, pushing each other into the hall in their underwear, moving furniture around, yelling, and running all night, when the guests complained about it we were told we would be kicked out of the facility. It was pure chaos all night! The quiet hours did not exist. The lady on night staff grabbing towels by pool did her best and was not supported by management.

Chose this property for the low nightly rate and will not do that again. Upon ariving at the hotel we found out it was overbooked for two queen size rooms and had to settle for a king bed and pull out couch. We were there for my daughter's dance competition so had we been rooming with a teammate that would have made things akward. We went down for breakfast Saturday morning and the cook was very rude to the customers who just needed help. Then when we went to leave on Sunday we opened the door to find a gentleman laying face down on the floor right outside our door. I called the front desk to have them someone come check things out. Come to find out two basketball players were just sleeping in the hallway! This hotel needs a complete remodel in my opinion. How are people supposed to sleep when you have an open concept pool that is open till whatever time with screaming kids. We will not be staying here again as it was just my daughter and I stayed and we felt completely unsafe and not well rested.

Normally my stays here go fairly well, staff is always nice and attentive. The room is always clean. This time it was very packed, people were loud at all hours of the night and staff didn't do anything even though quiet hours are supposed to be between 11pm-7am. Also the TV didn't work in my room for the entire time I was there.

We reserved a 2 queen bed room but were given a king and we were told there was a technical glitch between expedia and the hotel and our request came thru as a king request. Thats never happened before and sounds like an excuse. We should havw been given what we reserved.
