I did not feel the floors in the room were mopped. Also only towels were changed and baskets emptied. I know beds are not changed, but I was there 6 nights and thought they might get changed once. The breakfasts were wonderful - a very nice variety and the dining area was clean.

Good hotel, clean, friendly staff

Hotel is great, overall very quiet and close to my client. My room 225 was right above the hotel laundry facility and hence I could hear the high speed spinning of the dryers all through the night. A different room would not have this of course. Hotel staff is super friendly, good breakfast.

The room was ice cold and just not comfortable. We heard every sound coming from the room upstairs like voices, people walking, and what sounded like rolling suitcases on the floor. The corners were not clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were very nice. The staff was very nice and friendly.
