We entered lobby, your staff member did not greet me upon entering as she was busy on her cell phone. Then when we entered elevator, a cleaning lady entered with us with her cart and blocked the door for us to get out again another staff member on a cell phone. Door 1 rear didn’t open as she never hit the button. She didn’t even attempt to move the cart for us. Then not even 5 minutes later we seen her walking to parking lot to her car. She must have been in hurry. No respect to guests.

I arranged for my parents vacation at Fairbanks Alaska. I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to rent at Hamptons. The staff were very friendly. Truly a great place. The hotel also has local guides contacts that help you get impromptu tours if you are just not sure how to plan your visit.

We loved our room. It was very spacious and quiet. We loved the lobby area where there was lots of comfortable seating. We were able to sit and play games with family without disturbing anyone and it was very comfortable. The pool and breakfast was great. Very easy check in and check out. The location was very convenient and easy to find, right next to so many different stores and food options.
