Check in was fast. He gave us three bottles of COLD water which was nice considering it was 100 degrees out. Pool was warm & clean. Overhead light's came on automatically. Breakfst was well stocked. How can you beat an omlet custom made.for you?? You can't!! First stay at a Best Western plus but it won't be the last. .

Wedding stay

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The elevator was sketchy. It jerked a lot and made a loud clanging noise at the top floor. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but no worse than most hotels. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The staff was very nice. Water was given upon our arrival. The only problem was that the elevator was down and we were on the 2nd floor with lots of luggage.

Absolutely horrible.. after being on the road for hours we were looking forward to enjoying the hotel and relaxing for the night… the front desk was not welcoming and the elevators did not work, they put us on the second floor and so we had to walk everything up the stairs with 5 kids. the jacuzzi was not working for the jets and pool was having problems with the filter.. we were not advised of either and only noticed when we realized how dirty the water was. Trash and hair everywhere.. the front desk made not attempt in making our stay better.. the pull out couch did not have sheets so when I called to request them they wanted me to go down and get them.. she made a complaint when I asked her to bring them up and said I’d have to wait for her co worker… the side door was not working either so either you go to the other side of the building or the front… worst experience ever… the toilet was also dirty and had a pubic hair on it..

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of choices. The facility is very clean and up-to-date. Staff were all very personable and responsive. We had a bathroom sink that was backed up but was promptly repaired after I called management's attention to it. ONE negative - in spite of a clean and modern facility, the one chair at the desk was in terrible shape. It is peeling and leaves a negative feeling. Could have used a second chair since it has two desks.

Was a nice place to stay especially considering there aren’t many options in the area. The room was clean and the staff were nice. Only complaint was the breakfast- not that I was expecting a gourmet meal, but I couldn’t even finish it.
