The hotel itself is older but is well kept. Breakfast was fine. Loved the pool area. Check in was smooth with the front desk lady But unfortunately there were interactions with front desk staff (different staff) that were extremely poor. They have negative attitudes and come across extremely rude. They should really keep in mind it is 10% what you say and 90% how you say it. My children were present for many of these interactions and it was unappreciated.

Staffed by foreigners who you can barely understand what they are saying and they have some absurd policy where they don't want locals staying at the hotel because apparently some locals were making a mess in the pool in the past so now they try to discriminate against who they let in so i certainly won't be staying here ever again.
