Beautiful hotel but call before you book

The hotel was immaculate and the room was very nice. Everything was clean and fresh. The pool was undergoing maintenance and was closed which is the whole reason I got the hotel in the first place, so not knowing ahead of time was very frustrating.

The young woman at the front desk was so awesome! I wish I could remember her name. (I checked in on March 21 @ 4 pm.) The room was beautiful! The pool, restaurant and bar gave the hotel a "tourist like" feel, which was great! The breakfast was subpar, and the food was not really warm. I think the cost for the breakfast was steep, given what was provided. You can get this same breakfast at Holiday Inn Express for free.

The room was quiet and clean. It was supposed to be a King bed however it felt more like a queen and was too firm. I felt like I slept on a board. My son slept on the pull out sofa bed, which was more comfortable than the bed. Once the pull out is out you didn’t have very much room.

Was a nice day had a nice pool but super hot in the pool area and you were not allowed to take a drink in even if it was Not in Glass. First floor I’ve ever been to where you are not allowed to have a drink.
