I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Barboursville for three days while on business and really enjoyed my stay. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and shopping, especially helpful if you’re like me and always forget something at home. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The staff were consistently friendly, especially during the morning breakfast hours. Speaking of breakfast, it was better than expected for a hotel breakfast, and since it’s free, I certainly have no complaints. The staff preparing the food was very welcoming, and the coffee was actually good. Overall, this was a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant stay. I’d definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have stayed at this location multiple times over the past years. The breakfast is good and the property is well kept ans next to a Cracker Barrel. The employees are the same ones over time, but I especially like Brianna. Very good at front desk.

Came to the area for a festival & waited last minute to book lodging. Not my first choice but it was okay. First 2 nights, someone had a dog barking at after hours. Sent a message to the front desk and it was taken care of within 30 mins or so. Area is ok, plenty of dining options locally.
