The Lucie was Amazing, Joey checked us in and he was wonderful, excellent Customer Service! Our Bartender Gina was AWESOME, she made our Anniversary so special again Excellent Customer Service! We had a great breakfast and was lucky enough to have Michelle wait on us, she was so nice and did a great Job! Our room was so Beautiful and the bed was so compy - The Lucie is a Jem we LOVED IT!! I would highly recommend this Hotel at all my Family and Friends! The Staff were Amazing, we will be going back again! Thank You, Michelle & Curt Lacy

The facility is very old and in desperate need for updates. The rooms were not clean. The TV system is streaming only. I could not get any network stations for sporting events. The "ocean view" is peek a boo at best.The staff was friendly enough however I would not stay here again.

First off, the staff was wonderful! They were so helpful and cheerful! The unit itself was very clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bedding was comfortable and bathrooms were very clean! We had covered parking available which was the best on the few rainy days! The beach was just steps from our unit and was a favorite with my family! The pool was amazing and there was always plenty of chaise lounge chairs available. Everyone we met was so very friendly too! I highly recommend and plan to visit again!
