The resort rooms and amenities are wonderful, and the arrival and check-in are very welcoming. The morning restaurant staff makes you feel unwelcome and rushed, like you are intruding on their day. Pool staff and beach staff need to say hello and offer services rather than speak to each other and ignore you. Overall extremely clean and nice resort.
