The pictures for this hotel are extremely misleading, this is not a nice hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. The lady at front desk was nice but did say the office closes at 9pm if you need anything there’s a number to call. The door to our room did not lock and our TV did not work.The building is very outdated. The beds were hard and caved in the middle, very uncomfortable. The noise level is constant. Loud music from nearby bars all night long.. You can hear people talking and doors slamming. Several times I thought someone was trying to come in our room.i feel like I made a mistake booking this room, especially for the price not worth it. They charged an extra 18$ upon checking in for “resort fee”, yes free parking but I checked on my vehicle frequently to make sure it wasn’t being broke into. This hotel has no reason to charge resort fee.

Typically, I don’t leave reviews, but I’m hoping this helps both future guests and the hotel by setting clearer expectations around pricing. While the staff was kind and welcoming, and the bed and hot water were fine, the room was overpriced and not worth the cost. There is no actual ocean view, so paying extra for one isn’t worth it. Only one outlet worked (one had something jammed inside, and the outlet behind the TV didn’t work), requiring two extension cords to be run across the room to power basic items, which felt unsafe. Cleanliness issues were concerning, including a broken razor head in the bathroom sink, broken glass and dirt in a sink drawer, and a slippery shower. Conversations were easily heard through the walls, and with no sheer curtains and only one working lamp, the room was very dark unless you wanted to open the blinds to the parking lot. Overall, it was tolerable for a one-night stay but not somewhere I’d return to or feel comfortable having children stay. The surrounding area, however, was nice and walkable.

It eas supposed to be a non smoking room, however, when we arrived, the room smelled like smoke and an extreme amount of cleaning solution as someone was trying to cover up the smell. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. The receptionist did her best to help air out the room, and she remopped the floor. The linens were clean, no evidence of bugs or uncleanliness. Just an old rundown place.

We arrived earlier than expected from our long drive to the hotel. We went to check in and the lady said we were to early 1:30 to check in or pay $25.00 or come back at 3pm we said ok to come back at 3pm. Went and had a nice lunch arrived back at 3:20 and was told the check in was shut down until 4pm sign on the door. If they would have told us we wouldn’t have arrived back until 4pm. Sat in the parking lot until 4pm. Room was old and definitely needs remodeling, uncomfortable bed. All night we heard numerous motorcycles going back slider doors are old and so you can hear right thru them. Also every time someone on the floor opens their door if was so load it will wake you up. The lady behind the desk was very nice but since we had to wait the additional hour for check in, they should have tried to accommodate by something.
