Staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel has a large for sale sign in the front of it. Rooms were clean, but the whole place is a bit tired. Chairs on deck were hard plastic, no arms, not comfortable. No tissues in room. Tv kept buffering. Location is great, close to water and restaurants.

This was absolutely disgusting. Cigarette butts all over outside, stains on furniture. Smelled terrible. Door looks like its been kicked in. Pool was dirty and unswimmable. This was the worst place i have ever seen. Photos are a lie amd this shouldn't even be on hotels.com website. Irresponsible to rent this place out

The property is very dated. Photos are not reality. entry door paint in poor shape. Mold around the tub and floor around the tub. patio out back is very pedestrian. internet comes in and out. bed sinks in the middle. I always come to Hutchinson Island for the holidays and will never, ever stay at this property again. NEVER.

The room was dirty .. the tv.. internet and the phone in the room were not working .. the property was miss represented and was very old and run down .. the lady at the desk was on her first day and couldn’t fix anything .. we felt sorry for her because they didn’t do any training .. I can’t believe Expedia has your run down place on their list of properties .. what a hot mess .. we left because nothing worked .. we did not spend the night .. and will be asking for our funds to be reimbursed as your employee said she could t do it .. you won’t be in business with the place being so nasty

The staff is Awesome & worked with us for a late arrival. Very clean rooms & amenities. I only took a point off because our room was 1/2 renovated & 1/2 older. Our 1st thought on the beds was Oh No ! Because they were hard, but to our amazement they were very comfortable & we slept like babies, lol The pillows were great as well, not squishy like the fancy hotels are. We would stay here again !
