Great location. This is an older property so keep that in mind. We enjoyed walking around the inlet and the beach.

We liked everything and the staff was kind and helpful. My only "bummer" was that we were only on the 2nd floor so we couldn't see the ocean at all (trees/shrubs in the way) from or "King Ocean View" room.

Absolutely no security... anyone can just walk up to second floor! We were SO scared... at 3am someone started shouting and banging on doors trying to kick them open! Lasted 20 minutes, the noise was infernal being metal doors with rusted frames! No one on property after 11pm. Place is dirty and falling apart. Asked for a box of kleenex but said they don't supply them. I can't believe Expedia would recommend such a place. Never again I want to live through anything like this again!

The pictures on hotels.com are not representative of the current condition of the hotel. It needs some updating. It’s definitely on the lowest end of quality accommodations in the area. The room was clean. There are no bars/restaurants attached to the hotel itself. There are some within walking distance. The sunset view looks over an older neighborhood but sunset is blocked by buildings. The ocean view is blocked by condos on the beach. Pool needed a good cleaning. Cushions looked mildewed . Across the road, Jetty area is nice. Beach is nice, watch out for washed up tar and jellyfish. Not enough amenities for the price

Sweet small independent hotel. Furniture a little worn but everything clean and comfy. After 36 hours in cars and planes (no sleep) the deep soft immaculately clean bed was heaven. Long sandy beach just around the corner, almost no one else there, no crowds.

My family stayed for 5 day and we loved it. Located in a great spot, near the beach, fishing, and dinning! The building itself may not look 5star on the outside but in your room is holds everything you need or want. They allowed you beach towels as well as checking out beach chairs! Would definitely book another stay very soon
