The WiFi and hot water stopped working while we were there for 2+ days, maybe longer but we left to a new hotel. This was during the recent extreme cold snap and it was not possible to give the baby a cold bath or take an ice cold shower. Floors in the room were very dirty. They only sweep, they don’t mop. Your socks or bare feet will be completely black after your shower in 5 min walking around the room. The hotel needs updating in general. Phone didn’t work. Bad lighting, even with shade open and the lamp on it was still dark. Maybe to hide the dirt.

at check in they did not tell us they had a power surge and had no hot water, no wifi, no heat it was 32 degrees. The room was so dirty. They couldnt look our res. up and used an employees phone. Room rate discrepancy. We should have rec. a credit not charged more. The manager never responded. The worst experience I've ever had. Dont' send anyone there

The staff truly is great but that’s it. The room is in dire need of an upgrade. It was the worse sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel with noisy guests, a vacuum being used at 1 a.m., a guest loudly shouting and walking pass our room with no regard to others. I would not recommend anyone stay here, it felt like a cheap motel.

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel due to being on the water with a private dock and beach. Location of hotel is great too, with quick access to many great food spots. The room was clean and parking was provided. The reason I'm giving it 4 starts because it needs a little bit of updating. The carpet in the hallways were super stained and dirty. Our AC unit was super loud and was very unbearable when trying to watch tv at night. There was no sound proof to other rooms and the hallway; so you heard everything.

Clean room, nice beach, large bathroom, nice and friendly staff and nice balcony. The wifi was inadequate for the proper operation of the TV that uses wifi to operate. But we enjoyed our stay without the tv. Would suggest some kind of wardrobe cabinet for hanging clothes.

The staff was amazing. and the views oh my gosh undescribable you can even be in the pool or the hot tub and you had your own private beach and you had the pier to sit on. It was great. Will be staying here again.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. We planned a 4 night stay but because of the cool weather we cut the stay short to head for warmer temps. Staff and Expedia refunded the balance of the stay with no problems. Breakfast was good, hot food and cereals etc. If the weather were better, this would have been a great place to stay. Would recommend and will stay again.
