I booked 2 rooms at this property for my sons 8th birthday. I had my 60 year old mother in room 426 alone. She has had 2 strokes and was tired. I wanted her to be able to rest an a have her own space. So i booked another room on the other end in room 453. We swim have fun have 2 kids come swim give him his present and leave. My husband hooked his ps5 up and he had just gotten Spiderman 2 so he was glued to the game in his pjs gor the rest of the night. Him and his uncle shared the double queen room 453 and Grandma stayed in room 426. My husband and I go home around 10pm after everyone is in bed for the night relaxing. At 4am i get a frantic call from my 60yr old mom that she is being asked to leave the hotel by the police. They have recieved complaints of somone running the halls bothering other guests "Possibly" from room 426 where my 60yr old mother that has had 2 strokes and hasnt run in 10 years was sleeping in. Im a pastors daughter my mother was a pastors daughter then a pastors wife. She has never had any criminal history or interaction with police in her 60 years of life. I get to the front desk to be greeted by a very rude middle to late aged white women, who was rudely telling me yes she watched my 60 year old mother running the halls bothering people at 4am. I am flabbergasted my mom cant even run. When i get to the room my mom was waking my 8 year old. He looks scared with blood shot eyes after being woken from his sleep.we were forced out by police.

The staff was nice. The room was still dirty from the previous stay. There was a dirty spoon by the bed, a pop top by the t.V.And the desk was filthy with pizza sauce and some brown sticky substance. There was only two towels and wash clothes and one hand to towel for four guests staying in the executive king suite.
