Extremely dated but clean motel. You can't beat it though for the $65 I paid for a one night stay. If you're just passing through Idaho Falls, like I was, and just need a safe, clean place to spend the night, then this is the motel for you. It's only 2-3 blocks from I-15 and located in an area with plenty of gas stations and food options.

Hotel front desk staff and housekeeping staff during the day was pleasant and cordial. The overnight front desk staff didn’t even say hello or good morning each morning came to the lobby for coffee. Would look at you after you greeted them like you were speaking a foreign language. The pillows I was provided were old and flat. Key card system fails constantly, resulting in having to go back to the office for a new one just about every other day.

Room and hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. Staff didn't explain that the room was in a separate building that you had to access from the side of the building. No breakfast as advertised.

Good for what it is.

A perfectly serviceable motel. It is NOT fancy - cinderblock walls, older fixtures. But it's very clean. The carpet is good, the beds were fine (especially if you like memory foam). Check in was smooth though the lady managed to do it using very few friendly words. My biggest complaint would be the internet speed. As in there was wifi, but the speed made it practically impossible to do anything. The AC worked REALLY well so yay for that.

I really enjoyed my stay however one of the check in staff was rather abrupt. She couldn't be bothered to be nice. Also, it wasn't vacuumed around the tv. There was an item left behind full of dust and dog hair. Having said that, the check out staff were extra friendly. I would add toiletries (shampoo, at least) to amenities.

Staff were very friendly, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Room was well lit and AC kept it nice and cool. No breakfast, but they did have coffee and juice in the morning. Overall quite happy with our stay!

Miss Betty is perfect at her job! She made us feel so welcome and instantly at home. We somehow got a beautiful room upgrade and couldn't be more pleased. So pleased we stayed an extra day 😊 the room is terrific and clean and spacious. The grounds outside.... Need upgrading. But I'm sure that's all in the plan. Would definitely stay here again!

Worth it for the price

The room was clean. It is an older hotel. The beds were not amazing, but they were fine. The flat screen television was a little small. The fridge and bathroom fan were both quite loud. The cost was about half of what I would have paid at many other properties, so all in all, I would say it was a bargain for what I got.
