The room was big and very nice! We travel with the small dog. General you’re not allowed to leave your dog alone in the room. Here we were allowed to leave him in the crate, in the room, which we did while we went to the restaurant for breakfast. Complaints. Long hair on the wall in the shower. If cleaned properly these would be removed. A request for tips left in the room. The bed was soft with a dip towards the middle that sent me rolling that direction. Maybe time for a new mattress? Otherwise the room was very nice.

The bed was comfortable. Everything worked in the room. It was pretty clean. I think that at one time this was a very nice hotel, but time has work out down. It's obvious it has not had any renovations in the last twenty years. That staff was very courteous. Overall, for the price, I would stay here again.

Minuses: Parking lot is in desperate need of help, bumpy & potholes; back guest door has no key reader; free breakfast buffet is dismal; door keys sometimes needed 4-5 tries before working.

We stayed there because it was at the same place the gaming convention was at. It was convenient not to have to travel to and from the convention. Room was spacious but bathroom was short and needs remodeling. The bathtub has some green residue in it. Didn't like the note from housekeeping saying they appreciate tips. The front end staff was not helpful not pleasant to work with when they charged us $152 more than what we originally booked it for thru Expedia . Fortunately Expedia gave us a refund after a w hole debacle with the Shiloh. Not my first choice but stayed because of convenience and Expedia price.

Room was awesome. The hotel from the outside looks pretty run down but the inside is nice. My tub didn't have a plug so we had to improvise.

Iconic hotel, in need of updates

Beautiful hotel with great bones right on the waterfront, but in need of some maintenance and updates. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, but appliances, carpet, etc were just really worn out and dingy. All the staff was friendly and helpful, and overall it's not bad for the cost.
