If I could give the Shilo Inn a 0 I would. Checked in at normal time. They said that breakfast was in a sperate area. Did not say you had to have a breakfast voucher to even get one and didn't even get offered one. So went down for breakfast they said I needed a voucher and they were separate from the motel. So I went to the front desk to complain and the manager started yelling and cussing at me. And called the cop's to have me 86's off the property. Worst experience ever. If you want to stay at a place where you get treat horrible this is the place. I'll never again stay with this place again

The property is outdated, the rooms were large. The smell is musty. Service at front desk was given by ladies that could give 2 craps if we were there or not. The bar is a sweet set up, HORRIBLE service at bar. Bartender admitted to keeping certain drinks unavailable so he could get rid of the ones no one likes. I drank 2 horrible drinks and then he brought out the ones I prefer. The 'free' breakfast was crap. NOT even worth free. Service horrible, free meal to stay or go.....no ketchup no sour cream and no smile from staff at all. To say it was a disappointment is a decent review. Definitely a NO GO for us ever again.

The staff is very friendly! Breakfast was good! Big pool and big hot tub! Price was great! Room was clean enough but had some big smudges on the mirror and quite a bit of hair in the tub drain! The pool area is dated! The sauna doesn’t work! The hotel was very family friendly, this is the second time we have stayed there and we would stay there again!

Easy check in. Very nice large room. Comfortable king size bed. Bathroom needs renovation. Very poor TV. Price was favourable. Great breakfast. Would stay there again.

The property in nice and clean for the most part but they do need to do some general maintenance to make things a lot better. One part of our security latch was completely broken off, the batteries in the TV remote were leaking and therefore it did work, the tub could have used a little CLR.
