Rooms are stark, not warm and welcoming. Bathroom tile grout was dirty. Bed linens were worn. Back patio looks out to the back of another hotel and its not a good view.

No chair

I was staying in a handicap mobility accessible room. The pic when I book showed a chair but when I got to the room the only chair was an office chair that rolls. That is the last thing a person needs with mobility issues I called the front desk and ask for a chair was informed they were out. Plus the shower bench that goes in the shower was to heavy to lift and carry across the bathroom call and maintenance did come and place the bench for me

My check in guy wasn’t friendly at all. The morning staff was very very friendly The hotel was very quiet and was located next to the river walk. I was traveling with my dog so this was a bonus.
