We have stayed at the grand z before the first time it was great. The room clean and nice view staff was good. 2nd time they put us right next to the elevator and we barely got any sleep. This last time it was worse the room again right next to the elevator then when we went to the room after being out for a while i wanted to shower and get some rest but that didn't happened first the toliet didn't flush it took several times, then the shower leaked out of the lines and was wetting the floor it was horrible. When i went to check out they didn't even ask how our stay was they didn't say anything so i said just wanted to let you know that the shower is leaking out of the shower line and the toliet doesn't flush correctly all she said was oh ok i will write it up. I was like really not even any concern for how bad our stay was it was more like oh well . Im very disappointed in the way she reacted . Just sad

The room was extremely hot and the ac didn't work. The room was not clean, stuff all over the floor. The bathroom has "stuff" all over the walls and there was pink mold. They did not clean the room after the first night, even though we placed the placard on the door handle to clean it. Apparently they do not do it unless asked. The casino was poorly attended, and machines were out of service. Won't be going back.

If the room is old, at least it should be clean. My husband and I stayed here for our 31st wedding anniversary and immediately upon getting into our room, I wanted to check out. There were mystery stains on 2 walls, dust in the bathroom around the toilet and stains on the bedskirt. We reserved a deluxe king room, and I was VERY, VERY disappointed. We’ve had a better stay at a Holiday Inn Express. The bed tables were damaged like someone was chewing on them. The lighting was dim, the shower glass was cloudy and water stained. I didn’t sleep at all. The time was enjoyable only because of being with my husband. Again, if the rooms are old, the least they could be is clean!

We pulled into the parking garage and elevators were all down so had 3 flights of stairs. Check in was good, rood was good. The casino had no staff, no drinks, restaurants were open but no one working. Only food was the snack shop. The table games were closed. Very disappointed

Hotel room was ok. Could definitely tell pets had stayed in my room before. Breakfast service was terribly slow, just from my waiter. After an hour of waiting for my food and no water refill during that time, I decided to leave.
