I paid for a room with a balcony I checked in at the front desk. The lady told me that the king Ocean view balcony that I paid for was an absolute beautiful view and a great room. Well, she forgot to mention that when I got up there there was a door Walking out to the patio completely locked in the entire place was on the construction so I had no balcony, which was completely unacceptable. They should’ve notified me of that. I would’ve went to another hotel but instead they just let me into the room with no notice of anything and letting me know that construction would start at 9 AM in the morning when check out at 11 AM works hotel. I’ve never stayed at. They need to understand. They need to accommodate for their inconveniences and I should be fully refunded back to Expedia because this was terrible and Expedia should cut ties with this Place

I reserved a room with a porch but there was only a locked sliding glass door which led to a 5 story drop. The air conditioner was broken when I got to the room. At check in they tried to charge me for parking even though I didn’t have a car. You have to get towels at the front desk but don’t find out until you are in the pool so towels aren’t very useful

Everything was great! The amenities, the beach, the room. Only thing were the pillows were not comfortable at all!! Extremely hard to sleep they were feathers and your head would fall straight to the bottom.

Amazing staff and very clean Hotel.

I cannot say enough about the staff that runs this hotel. They are polite and go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. From housekeeping to management they work together and are very professional. The hotel is very clean and the rooms were perfect. There were bands on the weekend for entertainment and the pool was well maintained. Beach access is a few steps from the pool and entertainment area making it a perfect location to sit on the beach and cool off in the pool. You will not be disappointed with this hotel.

The property was clean, excellent location with view of the Ocean. We had a shore view which was great. Enjoyed sitting on balcony and listening to the ocean at night and viewing the sunrise in the morning. Also a big plus was the easy access to the beach.
