Not what I expected

The beds were comfortable and that was the best I can say. Cleanliness was adequate. Stayed 3 nights on the 3rd night saw small roach in sink. The bathroom had poor repairs. When we asked for new towels and trash to be removed we were met with a less that pleasant response. Will not stay here again.

We liked the price. Our refrigerator smelled, the tv was unplugged when we arrived and tried to turn it on. The sheets and blankets on the bed were too small, they barely fit my wife and I while sleeping. The breakfast, there was only muffins, cereal, coffee and orange juice.

Staff was very stand offish. Staff told us there was a breakfast, but there was none. Staff where playing the slot machine when we got there and ask us to wait for a minute while they made two or three more pulls on the slot machine.

There was no soap, cups for coffee, and limited towels for two people. Bed was comfortable. Room was ok but needed work. Air conditioning was not up to par. Shower wouldn’t drain and commode was noticeably unclean.

Avoid!

Do no stay here! The room was small and the bathroom even smaller. The toilet seat was broken, the tub was damaged, the bathroom ceiling had been poorly repaired. There is no breakfast.

Location was convenient and room was comfortable. Desk was often unmanned, with note suggesting they were dealing with another guest.When available, however, staff were friendly, informed, and helpful.

Old carpet & musty cigarette smell

Limited front desk staff. Musty smell in hallway. Room was hot when entering. Luckily we cut air on & it had a clean filter. Old funky carpet. We had to leave shoes on at all times & keep them close to bed. Big stain on bed dust ruffle from spit up or spill. Sink drain smelled musty. Toilet was noisy for awhile after flushing. Walls are thin & could hear everyone in hall & adjacent rooms. Not worth the money spent. Should be a $49 or $69 night price. We should not have stayed 2nd night & needed a refund but front desk not always staffed.
