First room had hair on bed. Moved to a new room and children and other guests were loud and yelling until 3am. Called front desk and they offered to move my guest and I to a new room at 3am! Ridiculous! Hotel is in bad repair. I want a refund.

Parking was easy, close to food and shopping. Yet very dirty, shower head assembly was duck taped to the wall, toilet wasn't clean, it looked like someone urinated all over the toilet lid, black scum behind the toilet all over the floor with yellow stains. The mirrors were filthy etc. etc. etc. Unfortunately due to the weather I staid put. I worried when i would see a cockroach or have a rat run across my feet. Just awful

For paying a hundred and ninety eight dollars for a king size bed room, The staff is less to be desired and not very friendly. The second floor was very loud and people were screaming and slamming doors all night. The continental breakfast that was to be served at seven thirty a m is not very convenient for those who need to be on the road earlier than that. The continental breakfast consisted of honey buns and coffee. For as much as we paid for this room, We expected a lot more.

This place was a dump. Staff was rude. Rooms and building were dirty. And what kind of hotel does not have coffee in the lobby and no means of making it in the rooms? Tv remotes didn't work. Only provided 1 bar of soap. Not separate bars for showering and just washing hands. The "complimentary" shampoo, conditioner and lotion were already opened and partially used. Half the outlets did not work. Water was shut off for 2 hours. And the building smelled like a septic tank. They provided 1 towel and 1 washcloth for 2 people. And they appeared to be dirty. I could go on...but I think I said enough. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE.

I travel extensively for business. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Filthy and run down, bathroom was small, worn and bugs in the shower. Pillows were small and all soft. Heat in the room was so loud I had to turn it off, and then cold all night. The breakfast consisted of juice, dry cereal and packaged muffins. Would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a place to stay.

I booked as a last minute overnight stay and would have been better if I stayed in my car. I booked 2 rooms and had issues with both. My room was switched due to roaches. My parents were brave and stayed in the room they received first try. Although dealing with an overflowing toilet in the early morning. While the second room was less roach infested we spotted them in the second bed when gathering our items to leave. We ended up showering in my parents room due to the sketchy nature of our shower. There was a big plastic patch job done to cover only the man upstairs knows. And for a smoke free hotel there sure were cigarette burns on the blankets. Overall it was my on fault for not reading reviews and doing my due diligence in just leaving and getting a refund. Far from perfect and the pictures are a good rouse. Don’t wake up early for breakfast, they offer nothing but juice, tea coffee and some cereal. When asking about the food staff looked as if they didn’t understand the question and said oh all the honey buns are gone? Let’s be for real that’s not even continental.

Common area when entering To hotel was dirty and had quite a few people just laying around. The included breakfast consisted of coffee that was near a coffee bean but not actually brewed. Dry cereal. No milk. Prepackaged muffins and either OJ or Apple juice. This was at 8:00 am on a Friday. The bathroom in our room 102 had a tub faucet that was aimed to almost shoot the water out of the tub rather than into the tub. Our room Was dusty beyond belief. All in all I was very disappointed

Everything was fine until we got into the room and started to get settled. There was roaches in our room. Coming out of the stand that the tv was on, in the shower and on the sink. Definitely needs to be taken care of!

The guy at the check in desk was playing his music so loud I couldn't hear him. That was on top of the lobby full of people gambling on machines and the world series game playing at 100 decibels. The hall leading to our room smelled of weed. The ice machine looked as if I might get listeria of I used it. The room is absolutely disgusting. The walls and floors are disgustingly filthy. There was a bug crawling in the sink and the TV didn't work but I did some investigating had to move the dresser to get it plugged in. The remote and telephone are grungy and the furniture is all chipped up. I feel like I'm staying in a frat house. My son is thinking of going to college here and we will be back.... But never again at this hotel.
