Cheap hotel, should have been cheaper

Stayed here for a weekend. Was the most convenient purchase before gen con prices. Bad: stain's on the comforter, based on reviews, the pool hasn't been open for 5 years, the bathroom needing cleaning, and the lack of housekeeping during your stay. Good: the breakfast was okay and the front desk service was fine. I spent a hundred dollars a night and it should have been about eighty period

A lot of new properties in the area. Clean, safe, a lot of restaurants, everything we look for in choosing a hotel to stay at. Definitely staying in Braunsburg again when we attend the racetracks and Indianapolis.

The pool was not open, the rooms smell like smoke. The key cards had to be reset after ever use. And to top it all off we checked out early and I was charged the two extra days that I did not stay there. Over all horrible experience.

The staff at this property was so rude, when we went to address our concerns they did not care and told us that if we were to complain again that they were going to kick us out. Their pool was out of service and they did not want to offer us any compensation. Said we can leave if we want. Sheets were first and stains on the walls.

Our hotel window was unlocked and we only accidentally noticed. There were also people standing around the front desk listening in on our conversation bout bathroom sink was clogged and needed repair. The unknown person heard me give my room number and with the window issue my husband felt it best we move

Everything was fine except for the Wi_Fi. On a 2 1/2 week trip, I stayed in 11 hotels before this one. This one had the worst wi-fi by far. I had to wait until the next hotel before I could post these comments. This is unacceptable for a hotel in this day and age.

The bed was uncomfortable. The sink in the bathroom barely would drain. The water pressure in the shower is poor.The pool was drained and not open but its the start of the summer where it’s hot I was looking forward to it. Other than that the workers were kind and helpful when we asked them questions. The tv worked and it had a tall mirror so me and my husband could get ready in two separate areas for the event we were going to. The breakfast was good and we are early risers they had a little bit of it available so we could have something before we started getting ready.

Pool was closed and in a state of disrepair. Should not even be advertised as having a pool. Elevator was not working. room was decent as far as cleanliness. But wasn't being kept up. Stains on the ceiling. Small holes in the walls. Etc..
