The room was very clean. The whole floor of the handicapped bathroom became very wet when we showered. The breakfast was good, with several choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location is very good. Close to restaurants, shopping and manatee activities. Room was clean. Breakfast was the same thing every morning, which wasn't ideal. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

No balcony. The hot tub was hot enough, very nice. My stay was wonderful. Would definitely return. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean, felt very comfortable there. The manatee and kayak excursions were fantastic ! Local restaurants had excellent atmosphere and food. Was a wonderful experience all around !
