We stated one night dring our travels this past weekend. We got in late so we ordered take out from the hotels restaurant and ate and swam at the pool until it closed. The food was great and the pool was clean. Our room was great for the night. I loved having the kitchen. The room was clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Id go again for another short stay.

Amazing place. We got lucky and found this place. We got an inexpensive rate, which made our stay even better. This was by far the nicest place we stayed while visiting New England area. Staff were very kind and helpful. The pool was awesome. The location was amazing. I wish we could have spent more time there.

Consistent and Comfortable!

We love staying here. Close to lots of destinations, ski in/ski out, hot tub and heated pool, clean rooms, very consistent. The restaurant was also excellent, although it was empty... why isn't there a sign out on 302 to attract patrons who are not hotel guests? Sarah (dining room manager) was great! Excellent cocktails and award-winning chili. Could use a little maintenance around the pool area (hot tubs concrete crumbling, aggressive jets, pool railing broken). But overall, great place to stay.

We had a rest with children in the summer. Well-kept and beautiful territory. The room was on the first floor. In the morning the children were not allowed to sleep, at 9 am a lawn mower came under the windows to mow the grass, it was the most terrible morning! Otherwise, it is relatively convenient, quiet and cozy. The room has everything you need for living, an iron, dishes, all other little things. It was convenient that in the morning you can lift the bed to the wall and thus free up space in the room. There was an unpleasant smell. Take an air freshener with you! And it was a long way to the parking lot

Once getting to my room, I noticed major stains on the bedding on both beds. The stains were down the sides of the sheets, not directly on top where I was laying but this still be great hesitation to few like I was in a clean environment. Also, the tv was laughable. It has no business being in a hotel room, let alone a toddler. It was embarrassing to say the least to the point my 9yr old daughter asked, “dad why is this tv so tiny?” Parking it fine. Checking in, I did notice a VERY STRONG smell of what seemed to be stale cigarettes. It was a turn off, and I doubt I’d go back to this hotel ever again.

Had a room with Murphy bed first night. Was not good. Pat was amazing and I switched to 3 bedroom suite. That room is amazing. Pat made our stay the best one we’ve had in a while. She was very understanding and did everything she could to work with me on getting the bigger room. We even added an extra night. This is our favorite hotel now. Pool is heated and has plenty of seats. Hot tubs are clean and actually hot. It is an older hotel that definitely can be updated but we loved it more than the new one we stayed in few weeks before. Grounds are beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful place. Still not far from all the shopping, has great hiking trails and river is right there. We will definitely be back.

I don’t generally like to leave negative reviews, so I'll keep this as positive as possible while still keeping it accurate. I booked the room, a king loft, Sunday evening. When I got to the property, I checked in with a very nice front desk attendant and headed up to the room. Unfortunately, the key card would not work. It turned out that the wrong room number had been written on it. Not a big deal. I got a new key card/sleeve and room number and headed back upstairs. This time the card worked. I walked into the room and was greeted by a big heap of dirty sheets and towels in the middle of the floor. Surveying the rest of the downstairs, cushions were off the couch and the sink was full of dirty dishes. "Wrong room again", I thought and headed back downstairs to again exchange the key card. It turned out that it was the right room, but had not been cleaned. The desk attendant checked the system for another room, but unfortunately there were no other similar rooms that were clean and available. I ended up accepting a standard room and a meal discount for the inconvenience. The meal was delicious and the bartender and server were quite nice. The room was very standard. I'm a pretty low maintenance hotel guest, and accepting, however, first impressions being what they are, it's unlikely that I would ever stay at this hotel again.
